I offer both Swedish Massage for Relaxation Purposes and Therapeutic Massage to help reduce daily stress, aches and pains, and muscle tension that accumulate from our busy lives. 

Simply put, I love helping people de-stress.  

I also love helping people reach their massage goals, whether it be for relaxation or pain relief.  Meeting people and getting to know the "whole" person is critical for a better understanding of their needs.  That provides me with a wonderful experience for myself and hopefully the client as well.  We live in stressful times.  Massage Therapy is one of the best things you can do for yourself.  You deserve it!
